Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us via our website contact form at www.damvay.co.uk/pages/contact to request a return before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns for faulty or incorrectly sent items will include a prepaid return shipping label. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via our website contact form at damvay.co.uk/pages/contact if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned: custom or personalised orders, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
