Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery

Standard delivery (Royal Mail 48 / Evri): 3–5 business days - Free on orders over £50, £3.99 on orders under £50.

Express delivery (Royal Mail 24 / DPD): 1–2 business days - £5.99.

International delivery

We ship to Europe and worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing. International shipping is charged between £9.99 and £14.99 per order, depending on the country.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Damvay Limited has no control over customs delays or charges.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
